Note that you will need to provide the domain name, your Name, Address, an active email address and a mobile phone number during this process.
To assist us to deal with your complaint, please provide us with as much information as possible.
We will acknowledge your complaint via email within 5 business days of receipt and will use our best endeavours to deal with your complaint within 30 days. If this is not possible we will keep you informed as to the progress of your complaint.
If you believe that we have not handled your complaint correctly you have the right to refer the complaint to the Australian Domain Name Administrator, auDA (http://www.auda.org.au).
